    • Own technology strategy, architecture and delivery for a Swiss-incorporated multi-tenant veterinary practice-management SaaS serving clinic groups across the Middle East, Europe and Australia.
    • Designed and shipped the platform’s AI layer: an LLM assistant across WhatsApp, SMS and Telegram, plus real-time anomaly detection for patient vitals during anaesthesia.
    • Built ML and document-intelligence pipelines, evaluating hosted LLM APIs against self-managed open-weight models to meet privacy-first data-ownership commitments.
    • Own the cloud and DevOps footprint: containerised services on Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD with zero-downtime deployment, Cloudflare edge, AWS and bare metal.
